Our Merino wool half zip is unlike anything on the market. Not only does it look good and is perfect for everyday living, but it is built to perform with added structure and abrasion resistance on the shouldering.
Under the load of a heavy rucksack, cloth begins to stretch. To counter this, instead of a high blend of nylon, we added a layer of our Indestructible training fabric to the shoulder and elbow area that won’t pill under any circumstances. Along with this abrasion resistance, this layer also provides additional structure to help the shirt hold its shape under long periods of stress.
Merino wool is a natural material, it doesnt come from man made plastics or synthetics. Its lightweight, breathable and soft to the touch. It wicks away moisture and odors, and it helps regulate body temperature. Merino wool shirts are the best answer to base layer and travel clothing in the world - they’ve been in use for hundreds of years and have proven themselves over and over again.

Merino Wool: 11% Nylon blend helps the merino wool retain its shape and be more abrasion resistant. The 89% Merino Wool carries antimicrobial, quick drying, and insulating properties. Materials: 89% wool, 11% Nylon Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, do not bleach, hang dry.
